Hydrogen peroxide, the chemical formula H2O2. Pure hydrogen peroxide is a light blue viscous liquid that can be miscible with water in any proportion. It is a strong oxidant. Its aqueous solution is commonly known as hydrogen peroxide and is a colorless and transparent liquid. Its aqueous solution is suitable for medical wound disinfection, environmental disinfection, and food disinfection. Under normal circumstances, it will slowly decompose into water and oxygen, but the decomposition rate is extremely slow. The way to speed up the reaction is to add a catalyst-manganese dioxide, etc, or irradiate it with shortwave radiation.


The desiccant is spherical activated alumina. Its properties are non-toxic, odorless, non-powdering, insoluble in water, white spherical in appearance, and strong in absorbing water.


The 13X molecular sieve has a pore size of 10A, which can adsorb any molecules greater than 3.64 angstroms and less than 10 angstroms. 5A molecular sieve can adsorb any molecules smaller than the pore size and is also called Calcium molecular sieve. In addition to the functions of 3A and 4A molecular sieves, it can also adsorb C3-C4 normal alkanes, ethyl chloride, ethyl bromide, butanol, etc., and can be used in normal iso hydrocarbon separation, pressure swing adsorption separation, and water Co-adsorption with carbon dioxide.


The 4A molecular sieve has a pore size of 4Å, which absorbs water, methanol, ethanol, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide, ethylene, and propylene. It does not adsorb any molecules (including propane) with a diameter greater than 4A. The selective adsorption performance of water is higher than any other molecules. It is one of the most widely used molecular sieve varieties in industry.


The 3A molecular sieve has a pore size of 3Å; it is mainly used to adsorb water and does not adsorb any molecules with a diameter greater than 3Å. According to the characteristics of industrial applications, molecular sieves have fast adsorption speed, regeneration times, crushing strength and anti-pollution ability, which improves the molecular sieve The efficiency of utilization and prolongs the service life of molecular sieve. It is a desiccant necessary for the deep drying, refining and polymerization of gas and liquid phases in the petroleum and chemical industries.
