High-temperature alumina has become an indispensable chemical product for most chemical companies due to its properties. However, due to some changes in product properties during use, we often restore the performance of alumina through calcination and screening processes. At the same time, it can also effectively promote the use efficiency of high temperature alumina.
High-temperature alumina has become an indispensable chemical product for most chemical companies due to its properties. However, due to some changes in product properties during use, we often restore the performance of alumina through calcination and screening processes. At the same time, it can also effectively promote the use efficiency of high temperature alumina.
1. Calcination process
1. Sinter α-Al?O? original powder strictly according to the sintering process system, and control the sintering temperature and cart speed more accurately to control the turning rate and original crystal size of α-Al?O?;
2. Measure and control at any time and make records. Each shift takes samples for true density and alizarin index to determine the turning rate and sintering quality, and the unqualified high-temperature alumina is taken off the assembly line for separate processing.
Second, the screening process
Control the SiO2 content ≤0.2% and check whether the slag is screened cleanly, once a day.
In short, in order to enable high-temperature alumina to have higher performance advantages, these two operations must be carried out in strict accordance with relevant operating requirements and use standards, so as to better ensure the purity of the product and reduce the appearance of impurities , to improve the use efficiency of the product in the enterprise.
